As a "Business Analyst CRM" you will support in the agile further development of our operational and analytical CRM. In coordination with the product owner, you are responsible for the design of new customer processes and internal procedures, coordinate and validate their design and technical implementation, and support the business departments with the necessary change management. With state-of-the-art tools and methods, you support the business in Switzerland in maintaining and expanding its leadership.
Execution of business impact workshops with the business and specialist departments to identify and prioritize goals, business impact and functional and non-functional deliverables for the CRM project and to determine and implement the desired behavioral change among the actors.
Execution of story mapping workshops to advise the departments (in cooperation with the CRM partner) to define customer interactions and internal processes with the necessary features and integrations and to determine MVPs. Validation and acceptance of the software functions and support with the training tasks as well as organizational development of the departments.
Proven experience in the CRM environment - ideally complemented by further training in this area.
Must speak German fluently - English and French an advantage
