My client is a global insurance company with strong growth and various transformation initiatives.
This role is a Manager grade and will report to Global Product Head.
We are looking for a Technology and Reporting Analyst to be a part of technology team and to ensure efficient information system and accurate reporting. This role will involves analyzing data, managing information processes, and collaborating with cross functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to technology product, processes, and performance. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders. Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the Management Information Systems (MIS) infrastructure. Ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility.
- Evaluate existing information processes and recommend enhancements. Streamline data flows, automate manual tasks, and improve efficiency. Work closely with business units to align MIS solutions with organizational goals.
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into MIS requirements. Document functional specifications, workflows, and user manuals. Assist in system testing and user training.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in MIS, Reporting and Analytics areas within the Insurance industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of MIS concepts, database management, and reporting best practices
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Intelligence Professional) are advantageous.
