We are currently working with an international law firm looking to recruit a Change Manager on a fixed term basis.
This role will be working within the Business Change team, and will be managing both business and technology change.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Developing change management plans for projects.
- Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change.
- Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics.
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
- Leading change management work streams.
- Supporting development of communications.
- Providing reporting and other updates to management and project teams.
