Role & Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and settle insurance claims related to General Liability and Casualty.
- Analyze policy coverage, review reports, and gather necessary documentation to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to negotiate and resolve claim disputes.
- Maintain accurate and organized claim files, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with policyholders.
- Adhere to industry best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Claims Adjuster role within the insurance industry.
- Solid knowledge and expertise in General Liability and Casualty claims handling.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex insurance policies and coverage documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
