Job Opportunity: Senior Underwriter Habitational
Our client, a leading company in the insurance industry, is seeking a Senior Underwriter Habitational (condos, apartments, multiuse etc) - to join their Underwriting department on a permanent basis.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate risks for property insurance policies
- Underwrite and price E&S property insurance
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners
- Provide guidance and support to junior underwriters
- Assess policy renewals and make recommendations
Key Skills:
- Strong background in property insurance
- Experience in E&S property insurance
- Familiarity with property owners insurance
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
