Our client is one of the most well-renowned global luxury fashion houses and are seeking a CRM Platform Manager to join their team.
This organisation is in the final stages of delivering a programme of work that integrates with all customer data touchpoints around the world. They are looking for an experienced CRM Platform Manager/Applications Manager to become the Subject Matter Expert for this programme and work with them on the final phase of this project. This platform will be run for years to come and will have many evolutions and a complex roadmap - which the successful candidate will be responsible for.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and relationship-building skills
- Extensive CRM experience (Salesforce Service Cloud)
- Basic knowledge of Cloud technologies (particularly azure)
- Experienced with integrations between CRM and other platforms
- People management
- Experience with manipulating data and understanding how it works
This is a permanent role based in London (hybrid).
