Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Data Culture: Foster a culture of data modelling and data governance across the organisation.
- Develop Guidelines: Create and maintain comprehensive data model guidelines for the entire organisation.
- Support Data Architects: Assist data architects in aligning their models and APIs with EDM and GDPR standards.
- Monitor Progress: Oversee the progress and quality of data modelling practices and their applications.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with business and marketing teams to enhance the quality and value of essential data assets.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, or engineering.
Skills and Competencies:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in data governance.
- Data Modelling: Proficient in data modelling with various languages (UML, ERD, DAX, etc.).
- API Design: Experience in API design and implementation.
- GDPR Knowledge: Understanding of European GDPR regulations.
- Data Architecture: Strong knowledge in data architecture.
- Language Skills: Fluent in French or Dutch, with excellent proficiency in English.
- Business Acumen: Strong business and problem-solving mindset.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team with a proactive attitude.
