Data Quality Manager
liver James have been appointed to recruit for a Data Quality Manager for global specialty Insurance business. They are looking for a Data Quality Manager to develop and drive the Data Quality strategy and embed Data Quality best practices across the organisation. As well as responsible for setting up a Data Quality team and building a capability around key processes and technology to deliver Data Quality services consistently across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and implement data quality strategy
- Develop, apply and monitor data quality standards and targets
- Define and take responsibility for data quality policies, processes and procedures
- Lead a team to build effective relationships with stakeholders and introduce effective communication to ensure data quality standards are understood
- Lead and manage the Data Quality team, providing support, training and development
- Communicate data quality strategy and framework to technical and non-technical users
Experience wanted:
- Experience working in Data Quality, understanding data quality management processes
- Experience in developing and rolling out data quality processes
- Having knowledge of Data Management fundamentals, data governance processes, Master Data Management, Reference Data Management, Meta data Management
- Managing people
- Performance Management
- Strategic thinking
- Stakeholder management
