We are seeking a Digital Workplace Service Manager for one of our clients to oversee their digital workplace services. You will monitor performance, ensure service quality, and develop policies and procedures for efficient delivery. You will maintain positive relationships with end users and drive operational improvements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

As a leader, you will influence the feature roadmap, participate in backlog management, and co-create delivery plans. You will contribute to quality and security initiatives and identify improvement solutions. You will lead a team of 5 persons, manage budgets, and coordinate necessary resources.
Desired Profile:
- Customer-oriented, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies and MS Windows platforms.
