We are currently recruiting for an Enterprise Planning Manager to join a highly successful organisation who are currently looking to grow and utilise their Enterprise Planning team!
This is an organisation that is looking to ensure that process and insights are at the heart of the organisation, sitting in their enterprise planning team working alongside their Business Insights and process improvement capability.
As an Enterprise Planning Manager, you will ensure that the whole organisation has oversight of the businesses planning activities, including Horizon Scanning, the business development roadmap, and an enterprise-wide interlocked activity plan. You'll actively support the development of processes and systems to ensure a defined plan. Communicating with stakeholders' business wide to ensure that they are all familiar with required business targets and plans. Often challenging and entertaining difficult discussions to ensure business growth!
This is an exciting opportunity to join the organisation as they are building out their planning team! With no direct line responsibilities initially, you will have scope to build out and take ownership over the team.
Due to this organisation operating model typically they work on a hybrid model, so you will need to be within a commutable distance of their Manchester office!
