Job Summary:
- Collaborate closely with clients to nurture the development and effective implementation of cutting-edge, top-notch training, readiness, and change management solutions, ensuring utmost satisfaction with the services delivered.
- Responsible for coordinating and executing projects related to system training, readiness, and change management.
- Maintain high client satisfaction levels through the successful adoption and proficient utilization of healthcare IT technology and EMR among assigned clients.
- Work collaboratively with other Readiness Leaders to oversee the EHC Super User Lead program, fostering the development of Super User Lead competencies.
- Conduct evaluations of training and readiness programs, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Attend professional and civic meetings, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with managers to devise plans for professional growth and stay updated on industry trends and practices.
- Manage projects to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Preferred bachelor's degree.
- Five years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing training, readiness, and change management solutions pertaining to healthcare IT technology and EMR adoption.
