My client are in search of an experienced analyst with a strong grasp analytical techniques to join their dynamic team. With recent heavy investments in data capabilities, they've seen impressive growth in their GWP, as a result of this, they're looking for a confident analyst/senior analyst to play a key role in driving continued success.
- Design, implement, and upkeep pricing systems and strategies to enhance overall value.
- Conduct competitor analysis, leveraging historical market trends to model future scenarios.
- Ensure the effectiveness of controls in creating, maintaining, and releasing pricing models, systems, and analyses.
Experience required:
- Pricing System Expertise: Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining pricing systems and strategies that have contributed to increased value and profitability for an insurance company.
- Competitor Analysis: Proven ability to conduct comprehensive competitor analysis, leveraging both historical market trends and forward-looking models to inform pricing strategies and stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
- Control Implementation: Experience in establishing and enhancing robust controls in the creation, maintenance, and release of pricing models, systems, and analyses, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Software Proficiency: Technical proficiency and successful experience with industry-specific software such as Willis Towers Watson's Radar Optimiser and Radar Live, showcasing the ability to navigate and leverage cutting-edge tools for pricing optimisation.
