Oliver James are currently partnered with a leading Insurance and Technology organisation in their search for a Finance Change Lead to join their team on a permanent basis.
This person will be responsible for leading, designing and implementing technical system changes to deliver ongoing improvements to the Finance department. Your main focus will be to lead on administration, maintenance and day-to-day running of the workday financial system. You will be leading on change initiatives (including project management and BA support).
You will also be responsible for gathering and documenting change requests and requirements from the wider team to assist with the delivery of finance transformation projects. This person will play a key role in liaising with 3rd parties and must have strong stakeholder management skills.
They are looking for a results driven individual ideally with a background in Finance / Accounting. If you have experience working with Workday, this will be hugely beneficial (however, they are also happy to train you to use this).
This role will be mostly remote, salary up to £75,000 depending on experience.
