As part of this role you will work with executive stakeholders in a diverse and supportive culture.
You will drive change, modernization, and results within our finance and actuarial function.
Responsibilities include programme and project management, stakeholder collaboration, resource allocation, progress monitoring, change management, and reporting.
Requirements:
- 10 - 15 years of proven Programme Manager experience in insurance finance transformation.
- Strong finance process knowledge with prior experience of Actuarial delivery
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills as well as flexible and adaptive mindset.
- Analytical mindset and change management expertise.
- Excellent level of command in English
