The company is seeking to hire an individual to support the global accounting teams with various tasks, including regulatory reporting and filing, monthly bookkeeping, accounting analysis, management reporting, and other finance-related activities spanning North America and EMEA. This role requires analytical problem-solving skills, effective communication, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask efficiently. Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aid the global finance team in regulatory filings across diverse jurisdictions.
  • Contribute to closing monthly books and records in different regions, encompassing North America and EMEA.
  • Support reconciliation and cash management for global management company accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and facilitate audit processes to completion.
  • Contribute to the preparation of internal management reporting materials.
  • Collaborate on global finance projects and process enhancements.
  • Adaptability to accommodate evolving team requirements.
  • Identify and propose efficiencies and improvements in work processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global finance team on ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications/Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably in a large accounting firm or relevant industry.
  • Relevant accounting qualification.
  • Experience working within or alongside large corporate organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in web applications and MS Office suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a demanding setting.
  • Proactive individual with robust interpersonal and client service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to thoroughness and ownership of work.
  • Drive for continuous improvement.
  • Hardworking, honest, and enthusiastic attitude.
