We are looking for Financial Controllers, Business Controllers, and Group Controllers to join our team in the financial service sector. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the financial stability and growth of our organization. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial audits and reviews
- Analyze financial statements and report on findings
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement financial controls and policies
- Collaborate with various teams to drive financial strategy
- Monitor and report on financial performance
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks
- Support financial planning and budgeting processes
Qualifications:
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in financial auditing and control
- RA or RC title is a plus
- Dutch-speaking skills are essential
- Strong understanding of the financial service sector, especially in banking, pension funds, or insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
