HR Data Analyst | Workday | Global Law Firm

Our client, a leading Law Firm, is currently seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to data-driven decisions and play a key role in enhancing reporting capabilities.

Reporting To: HR Manager, Data & Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various teams to understand data needs and design solutions within Workday.
  • Leverage advanced Workday knowledge to create and configure tailored reports and dashboards, simplifying complex HR data into visually compelling insights.
  • Contribute to regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations that inform strategic people-related choices.
  • Offer business partnering support through data-driven insights and analysis.
  • Aid in maintaining and evolving the People Analytics Mart and other data & analytics tools as required.
  • Lead in producing and updating monthly reports for business stakeholders.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the AskHR team for HR reporting and analytics queries.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in Data and Analytics, with a preference for Professional Services exposure.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with Report Writer tools and Workday reporting features.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or other coding languages.
  • Strong PC skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent organisational, numerical, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively.
  • Sound understanding of HR Systems processes and functionality.
  • Quick learner with the ability to apply new concepts effectively.
  • Strong focus on client service and adept at building relationships.
