Our client company is a leading Italian company operating in the fashion industry.
With a view to strengthening the team, we are looking for a HR Talent Acquisition Specialist.
The ideal employee will be responsible for the search and selection of the best candidates with a focus on IT and Marketing profiles.
Activities:
- Develop and post job ads on multiple platforms, such as social media and job boards;
- CV scouting, screening and contact candidates;
- Use knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates;
- Maintain a database of candidates, including active and passive prospects and other candidate relationships;
- Act as a lead interviewer during the job interview process and advise managers on candidate selection;
- Recruit top talent according to the hiring plan, managing all stages of the recruitment process;
- Interact with all levels of colleagues so as to build trust and credibility within the company;
- Provide strong support in the implementation of Employer Branding strategy.
