Title: Infor Administrator
Location: Fully Remote (Must be US based)
Type: 6 Month Contract
Max Pay Rate: $45/hr W2
Visa: Must be US Citizen or GC Holder (No 3rd Party Employers)
As an Infor Administrator/Developer, you will play a critical role in the ongoing management of the Infor ERP system as we transition from Infor v10 to Cloudsuite.
You will be responsible for the administration, customization, development, and support of the Infor v10 platform allowing the wider team to prepare for v11 go-live. This role requires a deep understanding of Infor technologies, as well as the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure the smooth functioning of our ERP system in support of our mission to provide high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer the Infor v10 environment, including installation, configuration, security, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Develop, customize, and enhance Infor applications and modules to meet the specific needs of the healthcare organization. This includes designing, coding, testing, and implementing customizations and extensions.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Infor Lawson and other systems, such as electronic health records (EHR), billing systems, and third-party applications.
- Ensure the integrity, security, and accessibility of data within the Infor Lawson system. Perform data migrations, transformations, and archiving as necessary.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems in a timely manner. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate users on system functionality and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience administering, developing, and supporting Infor ERP systems, with specific experience in v10 or Cloudsuite preferred.
- Proficiency in Infor development tools and languages, such as Infor OS, Infor Mongoose, Infor ION, and Infor Ming.le.
- Strong understanding of ERP system architecture, data structures, and business processes, particularly in the healthcare industry.
