Security Operations Manager
Our client is a leading financial services company searching for a Security Operations Manager to join a growing Information Security team.
The position will offer exposure across SecOps, incident response, risk management, operational security and business continuity. The perfect person for this role is someone with hands on, technical experience in information security as well as being confident working with cross border teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and operate the security programmes and projects
- Conduct Cyber threat intelligence analysis to identify potential threats
- Participate in periodic audits and security assessments for determining security violations and inefficiencies
- Implement and oversee a robust vulnerability management program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall security posture
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in a similar role within Security Operations
- Strong knowledge of incident response and handling security incidents
- Knowledge of network systems and security protocols
- Familiarity with insider threat detection and prevention techniques
- Knowledge of best practices in developing security procedures and infrastructure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- English required with Cantonese/Mandarin advantageous
