My client is a global Insurance company with strong presence in Hong Kong and other countries and currently going through massive hiring to expand the team.
We are looking for a MIS and Reporting Analyst to be a part of IT team to ensure efficient information systems and accurate reporting. As an analyst, you will be involved analysing data, managing information processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You will handle Data Analysis and Reporting, MIS Infrastructure Management, Process Optimisation, Risk Identification and Mitigation, and Requirements Gathering and Documentation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in MIS and Reporting
- Experienced in stakeholders management, documentation, testing, and translating business needs into MIS requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of MIS concepts, database management, and reporting best practices
- Excellent communication skills and strong analytical mindset
