Role & Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs
- Create detailed business process models, use cases, and user stories
- Work closely with IT teams to implement solutions and ensure successful delivery
- Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes
- Support testing and validation of new systems or enhancements
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both spoken English and Chinese.
- Background in consulting, particularly in corporate systems is a plus.
- Experience with internal projects for office automation, such as approval and task management portals.
- Ability to work closely with group finance or group HR teams
- Familiarity with system integration and data migration processes.
- Strong business domain knowledge, with a focus on internal application transformation
- Familiarity with optimising approval processes and managing migration projects
