Each of these businesses is managed by a team of experts who have a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs
  • Create detailed business process models, use cases, and user stories
  • Work closely with IT teams to implement solutions and ensure successful delivery
  • Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes
  • Support testing and validation of new systems or enhancements
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users


Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both spoken English and Chinese.
  • Background in consulting, particularly in corporate systems is a plus.
  • Experience with internal projects for office automation, such as approval and task management portals.
  • Ability to work closely with group finance or group HR teams
  • Familiarity with system integration and data migration processes.
  • Strong business domain knowledge, with a focus on internal application transformation
  • Familiarity with optimising approval processes and managing migration projects
