E' richiesta un'esperienza di almeno 5 anni e la conoscenza di almeno uno dei seguenti moduli SAP: SD ,MM, PP.
Inoltre, visti i progetti di roll out nelle filiali estere, è richiesta una buona conoscenza dell'inglese.
La sede di lavoro è Monza (MB).
For our Corporate ICT department, we are looking an IT Business Partner - Logistic and Supply Chain who will be the point of contact between business and IT department in order to collect business requirements and finalize solution proposals through the management of Key stakeholders guaranteeing the continuous improvement process for application portfolio. SD, MM and PP are the SAP modules most involved but there's the possibility of also following cross topics on other modules; in addition to project activities, the candidate will personally provide support to users (ticket management, training…). |
KEY REPONSABILITIES
- Support process design and promote best-practice adoption |
- Accountable for the definition of a technology product portfolio supporting the delivery of business capabilities and requirements |
- Responsible for projects value identification, solution adoption and value realization - Ensure that the solution blueprint is aligned to functional requirements, as well as to the overall technology framework |
- Ensure the proper master data governance model in order to have consistency between master data, processes and reporting |
- Ensure continuous improvement of live applications, constantly evaluating the current solutions vs the business needs to deploy a major level of effectiveness and efficiency |
- Contribute to business cases definition, in collaboration with Business Stakeholders, identifying new solutions to support the business capabilities and - once approved - build a globally deployable platform |
- Project design and monitoring of each phase, managing priorities and involving all the stakeholders needed for implementations |
- Establish and stimulate software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high quality applications |
- Standardize the applications development among the affiliates and plants - Manage small enhancement requests |
- Collaborate effectively with all team members |
- Collaborate with other team members like Infrastructure, Governance and Computer System validation |
- Work with supplier and external partner/consultants |
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Professional experience: 5+ years in similar roles in a complex company or consulting company · Academic background: Scientific Degrees (preferably ICT or Engineering) would be a plus |
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM or SAP SD or SAP PP - Good English oral and written - Experience in SAP implementation projects - Knowledge of SAP 4/HANA would be a plus |
