I am currently working with Hong Kong Top MNC Insurance on the Regional level who is hiring for a Senior PM with Policy Admin Migration Experience
We are looking for a Project Manager / Delivery Lead with a strong track record in managing multi-vendor (50-100 resources) across Asia and a strong technical delivery background.
This Delivery Lead / Project Manager will make sure that every project scope is documented, ratified, and baselined. He / She will work with regional and country change managers to prepare and implement a business change management and training plan, Determine business objectives and benefits, and ensure project deliverables are on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of managing Delivery / Project, especially in Life Insurance Policy Admin Migration Projects
- Proven experience of multi-vendor, multi-location projects and have managed large teams of at least more than 50-100 resources
- Experience in one or more of the technology stack is preferred - Oracle, Java, Power BI, EDB Postgress
- Knowledge of complex and interdependent projects and continuous improvement methodologies, techniques, tools and controls
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills, ability to handle migration in other countries
