Title: IT Support Engineer - ServiceNow
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid 3 days per week On-site)
Type: FTE, Direct Hire
Salary: $50,000-65k USD
Visa: US Citizen or GC Holder Only

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our Healthcare client's team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow, Windows, Active Directory, and hold a CompTIA A+ certification. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting issues with hardware and software, and ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide solutions to resolve them
  • Manage and maintain the ServiceNow ticketing system, ensuring all tickets are resolved in a timely manner
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems, including hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
  • Perform user account management tasks in Active Directory, including creating and deleting user accounts, resetting passwords, and modifying permissions
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and implement new solutions
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support when needed
