Leveraged Finance Associate - Top US Firm - Highest Growing US firm in London
I am privileged to be acting on behalf of one of our Top Tier US law firm clients who are looking for high quality associates Junior - Senior Level to join their Leveraged Finance/Debt Finance practice. The firm in question are the highest growing US law firm in London and offer high quality work, top US compensation within a hugely positive and collegiate environment.
The Firm:
The firm is a Global 50 law firm, with a stellar history of working on ground breaking matters with a particular focus on working with phenomenal clients in the life sciences, private equity, financial, technological and real estate industries.
The Debt Finance team allows associates to dive into a full range of finance with a diet of both sponsor and lender leveraged finance work, with funds finance and restructuring across a full suite of mid size and premium level clients/transactions.
This exciting opportunity allows associates to become an active part in this strategy which when coupled with the strong internal support and development programmes in place allows for clear pathways for professional and personal growth. For more senior associates there is an incredible junior partnership track which runs in parallel as part of this development.
We would like to hear from you if you are a qualifying lawyer who meets the following criteria:
- 2 to 8 years PQE;
- Technically and commercially strong UK Qualified Lawyer;
- Excellent academic history, with strong individual and collegiate work ethic;
- Willing to take high levels of responsibility and proactively be involved in both business and team development.
