We are working with a leading advisory Client seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, making recommendations to customers, and implementing solutions based on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement technologies and the Power Platform. In addition, you will be involved in various project management activities, user training, and providing support to existing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and provide expert advice and recommendations to customers based on solutions in the product stack, the specific needs of the customer's business, and commercial viability.
  • Write documentation to a high standard, including functional specifications, user manuals, and other relevant materials.
  • Implement and configure solutions utilizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement technologies and the Power Platform.
  • Conduct user training sessions to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the implemented solutions.
  • Project manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project objectives.
  • Provide assistance in post go-live support, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide first-level support for existing clients, addressing their inquiries and troubleshooting any problems that arise.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Customer Engagement software in varied circumstances.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365/CRM/Power Platform and associated products and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and business acumen to effectively interact with customers and understand their requirements.
  • Self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team, taking initiative and demonstrating a proactive approach.
  • Strong listening skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Outstanding organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain good working relationships with key senior stakeholders.
