- Monitor tasks within ServiceNow, ensuring robust IT service continuity.
Technical Proficiencies:
- Profound knowledge of Network Load Balancers (e.g., Citrix Netscaler, AVI).
- Expertise in Cisco ACI, Meraki WiFi, and Firewall solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in Cisco network management.
- Skilled in network segmentation, Linux, scripting (bash, python, ansible), IoT, and SDN (ACI, NSX-t).
Business Acumen:
- Familiarity with Service Operations tools (Service NOW, JIRA, Cacti, Instana).
