Job Responsibilities
- Work with the client and account team on DE&I initiatives that help promote the as an inclusive employer across all DE&I strands
- Drive effective data analyses, metrics reporting, and communication of outcomes across the business for various DEI initiatives.
- Provide support and guidance to candidates who may require reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process
- Work closely with our hiring community across the company to help educate them about our DE&I principles
- Identify and build relationships with partner charities and NGOs and share relevant insights
- To support employer branding efforts by managing DEI-related reports and surveys
- Work with relevant stakeholders to positively position the DEI agenda within the Company
Requirements
- Experience in proactive sourcing and developing attraction campaigns
- Recruitment/ HR experience in either an in-house, RPO, or Agency setting is highly preferred but not a must
- 5+ years in DEI project management would be ideal
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrable experience in developing DE&I initiatives
- Self-starter with strong curiosity and resilience
- Strong writing and communication techniques in English/ Cantonese and Mandarin
- Roleยญ-modelling teamwork, collaboration. Identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Service-oriented and customer-centric.
- Operational excellence - continually look for improvement and take ownership of responsibilities assigned.
