HR Coordinator, Asia - Global Law Firm

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with Workday system entries (hires, terminations, title changes, transfers, supervisor changes, address changes, etc.), as requested.
- Code HR invoices and submit to accounting for processing.
- Track employee referral bonus scheme
- Assist with recruitment exercise such as scheduling interviews, coordinating background and conflicts checks, drafting offer letters.
- Assist HR team with updates to orientation materials; craft orientation schedules for new hires and conduct orientation meetings
- Assist in tracking annual evaluations, ensuring that all completed evaluations are signed and returned.
- Assist in creating and updating training materials/PowerPoint presentations/videos needed by HR.
- Acts as point of contact for employee HR questions
- Help HR team conduct/collect exit interview data and analyze results.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' HR experience
- College Degree or relevant qualifications
- Prior law firm experience is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently
- Must be quick to respond and turn tasks around in a timely manner
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Operational excellence - continually look for improvement and take ownership for responsibilities assigned.
- Excellent communication (verbal, email and writing) skills
