Operations Manager
Oliver James have been appointed to recruit for a Operations Manager for global specialty Insurance business. This is a exciting role leading the Aggregation team and be accountable for the delivery of accurate and timely reporting of aggregation data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Aggregation Data Team to ensure delivery of accurate service to the Underwriting, Exposure and Risk management teams
- Manage the workflow and prioritisation, ensuring the team meet SLA's and efficient
- Quality check reports and aggregation data entry
- Manage a team of 10
- Oversee the team's performance, coach and lead to ensure delivery of high level service and accuracy
- Act as the go-to for senior underwriters, CAT Modelling and Exposure Management team
Skills and Experience wanted:
- Worked in an Operations Manager / relevant role in a London Market Insurance company
- Must have Leadership/Management experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must have worked in the London Market/Insurance industry, with advanced understanding of Insurance processes
- Knowledge of Exposure Management and/or Aggregation is an advantage (but not a must)
- Worked with Marine or Political Violence or Terrorism insurance
