Position: Oracle Senior Consultant - CX modules (Cloud)
Platform: hybrid - Oracle and Azure Cloud
Modules knowledge required: Lead Management, Customer Cloud Service, Cross Channel Coordination, Customer Care, Billing, and Advanced Metering
Industry knowledge: utilities OR energy (MUST)
Location: Hong Kong - Client is open to relocate a successful candidate
RELOCATION TO HONG KONG.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Solution Lead, Functional Team, SI, and Technical Team
- Formulate user stories and document functional/technical requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements map to real business needs
- Manage risk and take a pivotal role on solution design, development, testing, training, UAT, data migration, and cutover activities
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in IT/system/business analysis or similar positions
- Good business knowledge and understanding in Lead Management, Customer Cloud Service, Cross Channel Coordination, Customer Care, Billing, and Advanced Metering
- Experience and good knowledge in large scale ERP/Digital/IT delivery in cloud environment
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Intelligent, proactive, eager to learn and collaborate
- Excellent analytic skills with attention to detail.
