Job Title: Platform Engineer (DevOps)

I am working with a dynamic team dedicated to advancing digital transformation in education and research. With around 180 employees, they provide innovative IT services, secure infrastructures, and expert advice to help their customers make the most of digital opportunities.
They are hiring for an experience Platform Engineer to develop, maintain, and scale their observability platform and Kubernetes clusters. This role will include architecting and maintaining Gitlab CI/CD pipelines, migrating traditional services to cloud-native deployments, and collaborating with other teams to onboard and migrate workloads to the cloud.
Requirements:
- Experience with Kubernetes, GitOps, and Gitlab CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of observability platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
- Strong Unix/Linux and networking skills
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting
- Initiative, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
