I am currently recruiting for a Product Manager to join a leading Irish company based here in Dublin on an initial 12 month contract.
My client is going through a significant transformation period within their contact centre and are looking to expand, re-shape and develop new initiatives to put a further emphasis on the overall customer experience with the implementation of AWS connect.

The ideal candidate:
- Strong product management experience
- Ability to take ownership and lead this transformation
- Successful delivery and development of the product vision, strategy and road map.
- AWS connect experience.
- Contact centre experience (desirable)
