Sales Executive - Manchester - Up to £55,000 Basic

Our award winning client offers a SaaS Solutions to help their clients better connect with the communities they serve. Highly configurable, cloud based and data centric they use this innovative platform to create positive customer engagement in the most efficient and effective way possible.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities and generating/converting leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth through upselling and cross-selling solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to customer relationship management, and a keen understanding of sales strategies.

Responsibilities :

  • You will do this through driving new and additional works from your existing customer accounts by building strong relationships with them
  • You will also source potential new customers through self-generated business and referrals in a specific geographic area.
  • You will self-generate sales leads through networking, referrals and warm/cold calling execute the channel customer contact strategy.
  • You will work closely with your new business colleagues to ensure a smooth handover of new customers into the business.

Your Experience:

  • Public Sector Experience.
  • Either previous B2B sales experience with experience working with SaaS solutions
  • Proven track record of excellent customer experience
  • A genuine passion for going above and beyond for customers
  • To be excited to work in a target driven role and to provide the best service possible
  • A start up / entrepreneurial mind-set being able to adjust to change and keep up with a fast moving business.
