Scrum Master
Our client is a reputable company in the Service industry.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and ensure effective execution of the Scrum framework and Agile principles
- Guide and coach the development team and stakeholders on Agile practices, values, and rules
- Remove any impediments or roadblocks that may prevent the team from achieving their sprint goals
- Facilitate meaningful collaboration and communication between team members and stakeholders
- Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products within the agreed-upon time-lines
- Organise and facilitate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring transparency and visibility for all stakeholders
- Promote continuous improvement through regular reflection and adaptations.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment
- Must have worked in regulatory environments
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to facilitate effective collaboration and decision-making within teams
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lead and inspire teams towards continuous improvement
- Certification(s) in Agile frameworks, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
