About the Client:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading bank in their web security team, focused on Zscaler implementation, 2FA and smart card payments.
Your responsibilities:
- Leading the transformation of existing on-prem solutions and moving them to public cloud
- Providing second- and third-level support, including on-call work.
- Creating Zero Trust solutions and managing proxys with Zscaler
- Supporting application and project teams with Internet Access requests.
- Developing tools and capabilities to enhance security, performance, and stability.
- Analysing new requirements for feasibility and impact on existing/planned systems.
- Being available for on-call duty 24/7.
- Participating in decisions regarding the architecture and operation of security solutions.
- Monitoring and analysing network traffic to identify potential security incidents.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement security controls.
- Identifying vulnerabilities and recommending remediation strategies.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for security-related issues.
Your Profile:

- Excellent knowledge of Zscaler products and other proxys
- Good knowledge of security soultions such as SmartCard, PKI, and HSM.
- Familiarity with authentication and federation mechanisms including SAML, Kerberos, ADFS.
- Strong foundation in networking fundamentals and Internet protocol suite.
- Solid understanding of troubleshooting and monitoring
- Good understanding of operating systems including Linux/Unix/Windows.
- Fluency in English with German being heavily beneficial.
