As a Security Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in the businesses Cyber Competence Center team. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of experts to deliver exceptional cybersecurity services. Your responsibilities will include being a trusted advisor to clients, coordinating security service activities, and actively contributing to the enhancement of their cybersecurity offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Trusted Security Advisor for clients, collaborating closely with the Cyber Resilience Center.
- Prepare and deliver regular Security Service Reports to clients, ensuring transparency and insight.
- Coordinate Security Service Onboarding and Service Change activities to ensure smooth transitions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Security Services clients, managing agreed-upon deliverables.
- Actively contribute to the development and evolution of their Cyber Security Services.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, complemented by specialised training/certifications in Cyber Security.
- Proven experience in the field of Security Analysis, DFIR (Digital Forensics and Incident Response) and/or Ethical Hacking.
- Ideally, background within an MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) environment.
- Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Exceptional customer orientation and the ability to think holistically.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written German and English.
