Senior Accountant
Finance Department, Manufacturing Industry
Role & Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements
- Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits
- Review and analyze financial data to identify variances and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide financial initiatives
Key Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and statutory reporting requirements
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
