A global insurance carrier is looking to hire a Senior Claims Specialist for their specialist Product Liability unit. In this senior technical role you will be responsible for a range of product liability and general liability claims arising from the medical sector. Claims will range from $25,000 to $500,000 in value and involve complex litigation and coverage analysis.
Key/Skills Experience Required:
- 3+ years product liability experience essential such as complex injuries causes by product defects
- Experience within medical product liability / general liability highly preferred - such as injuries caused by medical devices or cases within life sciences / pharmaceuticals
- Exposure to litigation and complex coverage investigation essential
- Exceptional customer service capability. Excellent relationship management capability
- Bachelors Degree essential. JD preferred but not essential
This role is on a hybrid schedule from NY, NJ, IL, GA, TX or CT (3 days in office/2 days remote) with an excellent salary up to $140,000 plus 20% on-target annual bonus, along with excellent benefits and a clear career path for the future.
