Oliver James have partnered with a leading Government Body who are currently undergoing a significant transformation within its Software Development team and are seeking experienced DevOps engineers to come on board and participate in various projects within this function.

The right person will be an experienced DevOps engineer with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be responsible for automating and accelerating the testing, release, and deployment of applications into production environments quickly and reliably. The person appointed will work closely with a high performing cross functional team of business analysts, developers, and quality assurance specialists to understand the needs of our users and deliver a design that meets their business needs.

Core aspects of this role:


> Rolling 6 month contract engagement (up to 3 years).

> Very flexible hybrid model (predominately remote - must be available on site as project requires)

> Experience working in a high performing, multi-disciplinary development team.

> Experience writing application deployment automation using industry standard deployment & configuration tools.
