Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in investment accounting within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve excellence.
  • Deep understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations, with specific expertise in investment accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
