This is a key role with in an international Bank as it will lead the Operations team in Ireland with 4 Managers reporting into the successful candidate.
As the Senior Middle Office Operations Manager your primary focus will include:
- Ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
- Ensuring internally / externally initiated changes impacting Operations are understood, communicated, planned for, managed and implemented.
- Ensuring working relationships with all stakeholders are positive
- Day to day management of the Operations team
The successful candidate will likely have:
- Extensive people management experience ideally gained in a Middle Office environment
- Excellent communication skills
