Service Desk Analyst | ServiceNow | London Market Insurer
My client is a London Market Insurance Firm based in the City and they are looking to appoint a Service Desk Analyst to work to help support their Infrastructure Capibility.
They are looking for someone who can:
- Support the Infrastructure team across multiple areas including following up on escalations/ issues where required.
- Will assist process owners with template setups
- Will assist process owners with hands on process support
- Change management support where needed.
- ITSM support systems administration including ITSM ticketing (Halo)
- Support and administration related to key meetings such as Service reviews.
The Ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Microsoft office tools, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
- experience and understanding of infrastructure components like operating systems, databases, middleware, storage, network devices, hypervisors
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Halo etc
- Good communicator, able to work with global teams
- ITIL Foundation and advantage
