We are looking for a Social Media focused Insight Analyst to join a reputable and rapidly expanding business who's Data & Analytics function is going through a large transformation!
Currently implementing the latest cloud solutions as well as building a new bespoke CRM system, this function is growing rapidly and they need a Social Media Insight Analyst to work directly with the Head of Content and Head of Brand.
This role will be responsible for the creation & delivery of high quality social media reports , offering strategic advice & recommendations based on social media data.
- To deliver monthly, quarterly & ad hoc insight reports. This could include a broad range of requirements from competitor analyses, campaign performance, content audits, brand research etc
- Provide Insight to senior stakeholders and internal teams
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to help manage their insight needs, providing ideas & solutions for different client challenges
- To work with the latest insight & analytics tools
- Help identify new and innovative ways to present Insights using new technologies or methods
- To become the companies expert in social media insights and analytics
We are open to different levels of experience, either someone who has some experience with Social Media analytics who wants to take the next steps in their career.
Or someone with a strong background in Social Media Analytics who is wanting to take a lead and have a direct impact on how a business moves forward!
This role is offering a lot of training and the opportunity to grow with the role, becoming the specialist for the entire group.
