As Staff Accountant you will be responsible for:
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (GAAP & STAT)
- Upload journal entries, correcting entries
- Support in preparation of annual budgets - perform variance analysis (budget vs actual)
- Expense classification and reporting
- Calculate premium
- Assist with cession reports for reinsurance
- Assist with regulatory reporting and compliance
- Support annual tax reporting
- Ad hoc accounting tasks
