Strategic Development Intern - Global Insurance Firm

In this role, you will join the Strategic Development team in Asia regional, responsible to assist on strategic planning projects of the different lines of business. Looking for university students (preferably 3rd or final year) in discipline such as Finance, Economic, Actuaries, Maths, Business Administration, with a genuine interest in digital platforms and insurance industry.

Job Responsibilities

Join Strategic development team in Asia regional - Report to one manager, provide support to multiple people

  • Research and analyze current market data and performance, emerging and future trends
  • Assist on strategic planning projects of the different lines of business
  • Stay current with stakeholders needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences
  • Support in digital transformation projects with the mission to enhance the company agility
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • University students (preferably 3rd or final year) in discipline such as Finance, Economic, Actuaries, Maths, Business Administration, with a genuine interest in digital platforms and insurance industry
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and actively seek feedback
  • Exceptional communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Conversant in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
