Our growing client is seeking to hire an Underwriter for their growing team in Dublin.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the Underwriting department in the Insurance company
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Manage a team of underwriters, providing guidance, coaching and support
- Review and analyze complex insurance policies and coverage risks
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize underwriting processes
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
