They have successfully built trust with our clients, leading to a surge in demand for our services. Currently, the team consists of 13 talented professionals.

In this job you will need to be analytical , you will be able to utilise brand guidelines as a framework and you will also be working on different digital projects , client profiles , and different sectors ( B2B, B2C, Retail, Life , health.
UX DESIGNER - THE JOB :
- Create interactive end-to-end prototypes using industry-standard tools like Sketch or Figma,
- Producing wireframes and wire flows to visually communicate design concepts.
- Conducting UX research to gain insights into user behaviour's, needs, and preferences.
- Facilitating and leading workshops to gather input from cross-functional teams and clients.
- Demonstrating a strong sense of empathy, kindness, and an open-minded approach in all interactions.
- Ensuring transparency in communication and collaboration within the team and with clients.
- Organizing and managing tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive library of user experience components.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and possibly conduct user feedback sessions to co-create branding elements, icons, and illustrations.
- Emphasize the importance of aligning designs with established brand guidelines, underscoring how this consistency builds user trust and facilitates brand recognition. Provide examples of how brand guidelines impact decision-making in the UX design process.
- Explicitly detail how the UX designer considers and incorporates technical and business requirements to deliver mobile-first, intuitive solutions.
- Clearly communicate UX deliverables to key stakeholders using tools such as presentations or design documentation.
- Collaborate seamlessly with webmasters, UX professionals, product managers, copywriters, and fellow UX designers.
UX DESIGNER - YOUR PROFILE :
- Proven experience in producing wireframes, wire flows, and conducting UX research.
- Ability to lead and facilitate workshops to gather insights and collaborate effectively.
- A portfolio showcasing your ability to translate complex requirements into user-centric design solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, kindness, and an open-minded approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Fluency in both the primary and secondary national languages.
