Workday HCM Analyst - London / Hybrid - Up to £700pd Inside IR35
Oliver James' leading financial services client is currently looking for a strong Workday HCM Analyst to support on a large scale transformation centred on optimising Workday across the business.
You will be responsible for helping to optimise and expand the capabilities of Workday through driving automation solutions in their Benefits & Recruitment module. As well as supporting on a innovative integration of their Workday payroll service with a industry leading 3rd party.
The client is looking for someone with experience in the following areas:
- Payroll integrations
- Workday modules: Benefits + Recruitment
- Configuration experience
This will be a 6 month contract initially, on a 12 month project. Highly likely extensions.
